Gail Hoover and one of her preferred mortgage lenders, Sam Royer of Presidential Mortgage Bank, will share their expertise. They will also be available for one-on-one consultations if you would like to get pre-approved for a mortgage and begin your home search!

- Speak with a mortgage lender one-on-one, if you choose, to get pre-qualified for a mortgage.
- Have your questions answered about conventional, FHA, VA and other types of financing programs.
- Learn how credit scores determine what type of home you can purchase and how you can make your credit scores higher.
- Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of purchasing short sales and foreclosures.
- Learn about special grants and available low down-payment options.
- Learn the step-by-step process of buying a home from an expert.
